Minimum: 2–3 years’ experience in ERP testing and Mobile App testing

Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and the technical team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring high-quality software delivery through structured testing, UAT, documentation, and process improvements.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

A. Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Identify, assess, and document functional and non-functional requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare BRS, SRS, GAP Analysis, and process flow diagrams.

• Develop wireframes and low-fidelity mock-ups.

B. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct UAT, manage release notes, SOPs, and handover documentation.

• Ensure high-quality software features through systematic testing.

• Track defects and progress using JIRA; maintain daily utilization report.

C. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with developers to interpret business requirements.

• Monitor progress of technical issues and ensure timely updates to users.

• Attend workshops, demos, and control scope changes.

• Provide improvement suggestions to team members.

D. Documentation & Release Management

• Develop user manuals post-release.

• Maintain organized documentation on Confluence.

• Ensure proper communication of project deliverables.
