Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The position is responsible for achieving sales targets through client acquisition, relationship management, and business development in the IIG and Distribution segments. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

·         Client Visits & Lead Generation – Conduct regular visits to potential Wholesale/Distribution clients to explore and secure new business opportunities.

·         Sales Target Achievement – Consistently achieve the sales targets set by the supervisor.

·         Client Relationship Management (LISP) – Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and group LISP clients to ensure business growth.

·         Database Management – Build, update, and manage a comprehensive client database independently.

·         Client Retention & Support – Maintain relationships with existing LISP clients and resolve their issues promptly and effectively.

·         Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

·         Client Servicing – Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·         Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor IIG industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities for business growth.
