∎ Post Graduate / Masters in any discipline from any reputed University with good academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of a Childcare Center following the rules & SOP
∎ Child admission procedure and related work
∎ Handling audit, visitors and others party
∎ Daily supervision of Care Givers and Supervisor work
∎ Monitoring child receiving and handover procedure
∎ Child attendance register monitoring
∎ Observation of child and related activities.
∎ Coordinate & arrange meeting with mothers for various awareness & training program
∎ Coordinate with deferent section and concern for smooth operation of the center.
∎ Any others work assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 to 05 years working experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Excellent communication (written & verbal) & Interpersonal skill
∎ Adequate knowledge in computer operation and most common office software & presentation skill
∎ Good management skill
∎ Knowledge of EPZ Labor law / rules, buyer's code of conduct, industry's standard and regulations will be an advantage
