∎ Excellent knowledge on Production, Quality Assurance and Product Development
∎ Functional Skills:Budgeting & ControllingInterpret Financial StatementsSales & Operational PlanningCommunication: Proficiency in both English and Bengali CommunicationInformation Technology: Microsoft Office. Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is considered an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead all aspects of Plant Operations of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Maintenance related activities for SMC plants to drive continuous improvement and innovation, technical and financial audits, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
∎ Plan & implement the capacity and manpower budget, optimize in line with Company’s strategic plan covering expansion, feasibility assessment, improvement in product quality and functionality, operational cost improvement, etc.
∎ Foster healthy Industrial Relations across SMC Plant Operations.
∎ Propagate cross functional collaboration with peers and across all functions.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
