Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry / B. Sc. In Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of products (hot melt, solvent based and water based adhesives, varnishes, coatings etc.)
∎ Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process.
∎ Testing of raw materials and finished goods (quality and performance).
∎ Establish procedures and protocols for testing of raw materials and finished goods
∎ Analyzing physical and chemical properties of materials using techniques like spectrophotometry, muffle furnace, MFI testers, viscometers, diesel, furnace oil, and sands etc.
∎ Operating, maintaining and procuring laboratory equipment
∎ Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products.
∎ Introducing heat, light, energy and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions.
∎ Regular visit total plant and solve difficulties.
∎ Any work assigned by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 10 years practical experience in Glass factory lab.
Salary: Negotiable
