∎ M.Sc in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CHEMIST

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Standardization of spectrometer by standard sample and spectrometric analysis of furnace sample, LRF sample, final billet sample, scrap sample or re-bar sample etc.
∎ Routine maintenance of spectrometer.
∎ Planning of spare parts and their optimum use.
∎ Check the chemical composition of sample and if any deviation found from standard chemistry then immediately inform to concern person (melter/shift in charge-production).
∎ Monitor Production Process relevant to Quality Issue.
∎ Analysis of water, Ferro Alloys, sponge iron etc.
∎ Assessment of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
∎ Checking of technical specifications, data, test reports etc provided by manufacturers.
∎ Prepare daily all type of shift report accordingly.
∎ Maintaining ISO and Production related documents preparation in time.
∎ Monitoring lab premises neat and tidy.
∎ Supervision, Monitoring and record keeping of all related works.
∎ Report to Higher Management through proper line time to time.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills & hardworking.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
