Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any Public Engineering University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up every day operation & Maintenance works.
∎ Preparation of maintenance schedule & follow up the schedule.
∎ Follow-up shift check list and maintenance work as per departmental requirement.
∎ prepare rapidly consumable spare parts list in order to keep a minimum stock.
∎ should be attending all kinds of break down maintenance.
∎ maintain Liaison to the other department.
∎ Having sound knowledge on PLC, HMI, SCADA and AC drive trouble shooting and maintenance.
∎ Sound knowledge on induction furnace, LRF & CCM operation and maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Minimum 4-6 year(s) working experience on induction furnace, LRF & CCM Electrical maintenance.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
