Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any Public University or any reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspection and maintenance of all mechanical processes & equipment for a large Steel Rolling plant.
∎ Observe & record specific parameters of equipment & processes to analyze them for necessary maintenance and performance development.
∎ Maintain & updating all kind of check list, preventive & corrective maintenance schedule
∎ Implementing the preventive & corrective maintenance schedule as per planning.
∎ Attend different types of development and modification jobs.
∎ Identifying ways and means to reduce breakdown and ensuring smooth machine operation.
∎ Identify & updating all kind of spares parts & maintains minimum level of stock for smooth operation.
∎ Problem finding and solving work of mechanical spare at ERP software.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of working hours of the subordinates.
∎ Minimize the spare parts consumption through research & development work.
∎ Visit local market as on need basis for selecting quality spare parts as per requirement.
∎ Coordinate with workshop, store, purchase and other relevant departments whenever requires.
∎ Maintaining ISO documentations as per requirements.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years'experience in any large steel industry is required for the assistant Engineers.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years'experience in any large steel industry is required for the Engineers.
∎ Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
