∎ Qualification - Hotel Management with certificate courses in food safety / food technology/ quality management.
∎ Experience - Total Industry experience at-least 10 years experience in kitchen or food development in QSR / Hotel / Bakery / industry.
∎ Good innovation skills in food production. Creative ways to ease out the processes at store / production levels.
∎ Skills - Good in communication and inter-departmental functions.

Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute successful launch of the menu in Bangladesh.
∎ Creative food idea generation suitable to system followed by leading the feasibility of it.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Food Production.
∎ Potential food concepts to be generated per month.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with business partners and other key department intra company.
∎ To plan out the tasks on weekly / monthly basis for the launch projects.
∎ To work with third parties to help out our business partners in making a desired product.
∎ To travel to production houses for the development.
Salary: Negotiable
