• Strong knowledge of ceramic materials, body and glaze formulations, and production processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize formulations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide and train personnel effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to innovate and lead the development of new ceramic products.

The main responsibilities of a ceramist are:

•  Maintain inspection and testing status of raw materials.
•  Analyze and develop body and glaze formulations, and control related production processes.
•  Ensure products meet customer requirements and standard specifications.
•  Lead the design and development of new projects as per customer requirements.
•  Review QC reports regularly and implement corrective actions as needed.
•  Arrange and manage activities to meet production targets efficiently.
•  Identify, document, and maintain laboratory and production records.
•  Ensure personnel in respective sections are adequately trained in procedures and work instructions.
