Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the Case Management Supervisor-GBV for implementing `Education and Protection for Refugee Community (EPRC) Project` funded by UNHCR, located at Ukhiya & Teknaf Cox’s Bazar)
Position Title: Case Management Supervisor-GVB
C. Key Areas of Performance / Responsibility / Accountability
C.1 Technical Support and Supervision
• Provide direct technical support and guidance to the CFM Officer and Snr. Officer CC to ensure quality implementation of CC and CFM activities.
• Conduct regular field monitoring, coaching, and mentoring to strengthen staff capacity and service quality.
• Ensure integration and alignment between CC activities and CFM.
• Set technical direction, priorities, and implementation standards for CC and CFM activities.
• Review and approve work plans, activity schedules, and implementation approaches of Snr officer CC and CFM Officer.
• Ensure technical alignment between Community Centre programming and Community Feedback Mechanism services.
• Provide technical oversight and enhance soft skills to ensure CFM and CC services
• Review accuracy and quality of feedback registration, tracking, and ticket closure in logbooks and CAIPP.
• Provide guidance on managing sensitive, emergency, and PSEA-related cases,
• Monitor referral effectiveness and feedback loop closure for Persons of Concern.
• Ensure CFM systems are accessible and inclusive, particularly for women, children, elderly persons, PwDs, and PSNs.
• Ensure CC activities promote social cohesion, community participation, and well-being.
• Provide technical guidance on volunteer management for CC and CFM components.
• Support capacity building, coaching, and performance review of volunteers through responsible officers.
• Ensure AGD-balanced and inclusive volunteer engagement.
• Identify technical gaps, risks, and improvement areas and recommend corrective actions.
C.2 Coordination and Representation
• Coordinate closely with CiC offices, UNHCR staff, and relevant government, national, and international partners.
• Represent CODEC in CC and CFM-related coordination meetings.
• Ensure alignment with UNHCR guidelines, SOPs, and inter-agency referral pathways.
• Coordinate with PERU and other teams during emergencies and rapid response situations.
C.3 Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation
• Review and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports submitted by the CFM Officer and Snr. Officer CC.
•Compile CC and CFM reports and submit quality reports to the CBP Coordinator.
• Ensure proper documentation, data quality, and record-keeping in line with donor and organizational requirements.
• Use community feedback, monitoring findings, and consultations to improve program quality and responsiveness.
C.4 Compliance and Safeguarding
• Ensure strict adherence to CODEC’s Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, child protection, confidentiality, and “Do No Harm” principles.
• Promote ethical conduct, accountability, and survivor-centered approaches across all CC and CFM activities.
• Immediately report and manage safeguarding concerns in line with organizational protocols.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Organization that are relevant to the position and project objectives.
Safeguarding & PSEA:
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)`s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
