Job Summary

So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd. is looking for energetic, smart, and professional Call Center Executives to join our team.
The ideal candidates should be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information to potential clients, assist with appointment booking, and ensure proper follow-up with leads and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

• Provide clear information about our aesthetic, wellness, laser hair removal, facial, skin, hair, and salon services

• Answer client queries professionally and assist with appointment booking and scheduling

• Maintain an organized database of leads, bookings, and follow-ups

• Ensure timely follow-up with interested clients to improve conversion

• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and client engagement activities when required

• Coordinate with front desk and relevant teams for smooth appointment management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role will be an advantage

• Strong communication and client handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Positive, professional, and confident attitude

• Ability to speak clearly and politely with clients

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, salon, or healthcare-related services will be a plus
