Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in business, marketing, psychology, or a health-related field is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, skincare, wellness, spa, or premium beauty environment. At least 3 years in a managerial, branch, centre, or operations leadership role. Hands-on knowledge of aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, laser, microdermabrasion, peels, and injectables) is a strong advantage.
So A-ri is a boutique luxury medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in Uttara, offering advanced aesthetic devices, injectables, skin and slimming treatments, and premium salon services. As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take full ownership of our operation — running the business day to day, building an exceptional client experience, and driving revenue growth.
This is a senior leadership role based at our head office in Uttara Sector 3, with a regular presence at the centre to manage staff, service quality, and client experience. The role reports directly to the managing director and founder, with the autonomy to run the operation and the opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand.
Take full operational ownership of the centre — daily running, systems, SOPs, and standards — reporting directly to the managing director.
Lead, coach, and supervise the full team (front desk, therapists, practitioners, and support staff); manage rosters, training, performance, and a strong service culture.
Drive revenue by overseeing consultations; cross-selling treatments, packages, and retail products; and meeting monthly sales and client-retention targets.
Own the end-to-end client experience — service quality, complaint resolution, loyalty and incentive programmes, and long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with doctors and practitioners on scheduling, clinical standards, and service quality.
Oversee product and consumable inventory, supplier and vendor relationships, billing/POS, and accurate record-keeping.
Lead marketing execution and coordination — liaise with digital platforms, manage lead follow-up, and support campaigns and promotions.
Prepare sales, financial, and performance reports for the managing director, with clear recommendations for improvement.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance across the clinic at all times.
