Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional skin consultation and aesthetic treatment services to clients at So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing skin consultation to clients/patients based on their skin concerns, history, and treatment goals.

2. Assessing client needs and preparing suitable treatment plans according to their condition and expectations.

3. Performing aesthetic and dermatology-related treatments, such as:

   • Facial treatments

   • Laser treatments

   • PRP

   • Skin rejuvenation procedures

   • Other non-surgical aesthetic treatments as per training and expertise

4. Explaining procedures, benefits, possible side effects, downtime, and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.

5. Maintaining proper client records, treatment notes, consent forms, and follow-up recommendations.

6. Ensuring all treatments are performed safely, ethically, and according to professional medical standards.

7. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients through proper counselling and professional care.

8. Coordinating with therapists, nurses, front desk, management, and other team members to ensure smooth client service.

9. Staying updated with new aesthetic treatments, skincare products, devices, and treatment methods.

10. Supporting the centre in maintaining high standards of hygiene, client safety, service quality, and professionalism.
    
    Experience

    Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, or related aesthetic treatments is preferred.

    Experience in aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, PRP, facial treatments, and skincare consultation will be considered an advantage.

    Knowledge Requirements

    The candidate should have:

    • Understanding of skincare science and skin conditions

    • Knowledge of dermatological and aesthetic procedures

    • Basic knowledge of cosmetic treatments and non-surgical aesthetic care

    • Awareness of treatment safety, client counselling, and aftercare

    • Interest in continuous learning and professional development
