Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage day-to-day tasks of the HR, Administration, and Customer Relations departments.
∎ • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
∎ • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
∎ • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ • Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate problems as necessary.
∎ • Always look for ways to enhance current customer relations.
∎ °Maintain relationship with partner and suppliers.
∎ °Business Development and marketing.
∎ °Visiting customers, steakholder,Investors and corporate customer.

∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
