Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present, Promote,& sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop & maintain positive business & customer relationships.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems & complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets & outcomes within schedule.
∎ Coordinates sales effort with team members & other departments.
∎ Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales & status reports.
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities & potential for new products & services.
∎ Keep abreast of best practices & promotional trends.
∎ Continuously improve through feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous Experience in Onion, Garlic, Potato, lentils or agro based product selling.
∎ Proven work experience as a Sales representative.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS office.
∎ Highly motivated & target driven with a proven track record in sales.
∎ Excellent selling,negotiation & communication skills.
∎ Ability to create & deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills & openness to feedback.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
