The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through effective sales and market expansion initiatives.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in Geo-Textile Industries/ Carpet Manufacturing projects
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
· Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
· Develop and execute business development strategies and growth plans
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis
· Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
· Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
· Track sales pipelines and prepare monthly/quarterly business reports
· Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
· Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking programs
· Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
