Must have good knowledge in mail communication

Good understanding of English.
Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
Better if you have experience in preparing quotation and BOQ

Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation
Better if you have experience in Real Estate and Building Consultancy firms
May need to visit prospective clients for business development.
Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation
Preparing note, drafting and emailing would be daily part of the job
