Identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and networking.
Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Preparing project proposals, bidding, and negotiating contracts.
Enhancing visibility through digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
Ensuring smooth coordination between clients and concern official personals.
Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation.
Better if you have experience in Real Estate and Building Consultancy firms.
May need to visit prospective clients for business development.
Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation.
Preparing note, drafting and emailing would be daily part of the job.
