Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Sketch up, Corel Draw, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop.

Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
Ability to prepare presentation of the working detail of Interior & Exterior design.
