∎ Graduate/ Master's Degree in Business Studies (preferable in Marketing) or Master's in Project Management Or M.Sc/ B.Sc in Engineering from DU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB and IUB only can apply.

∎ Must have good knowledge in mail communication

∎ Good understanding of English.Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
∎ Better if you have experience in preparing quotation and BOQ

∎ Identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and networking.
∎ Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
∎ Preparing project proposals, bidding, and negotiating contracts.
∎ Enhancing visibility through digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring smooth coordination between clients and concern official personals.
∎ Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation.
∎ Better if you have experience in Real Estate and Building Consultancy firms.
∎ May need to visit prospective clients for business development.
∎ Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation.
∎ Preparing note, drafting and emailing would be daily part of the job.
