Job Responsibilities:
∎ SBU wise/Functional department process wise report development to assess performance and ROI on a weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements and preparing monthly report on category growth, consumer behavior, SKU wise market penetration.
∎ Analysis of commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts to help management with effective decision making.
∎ Suggestion and recommendation of SOP for different critical areas of the business.
∎ Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
∎ Conducts internal and external interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
∎ Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
∎ Assessment of business processes to come up with improvement strategies.
