Job Responsibilities:
∎ . Organize a large scale foodstuff cooking team and machinery for a garments of aPlus Group
∎ • Preparing monthly schedule of preventive and break down maintenance of foodstuff machineries.
∎ • supervising, repairing, installation & commissioning of old and new machineries as per requirement.
∎ • Leading & direction with due diligent efforts with internal team, local jurisdictions, external consultants. All the activities need to be done according to the schedule and within the budget.
∎ • Execute operational plans timely and align the team to achieve departmental goals. Making of Plans and supervising of schedule maintenance of process machineries.
∎ • Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials. Submit annual/monthly budget for Maintenance purpose of Mechanical Dept. Co-ordinate with Production dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ • Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Exchange views with local and expert consultants to solve all kinds of problems.
∎ • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the maintenance department.
∎ • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
∎ • Analyze Energy consumption according to machine to take plan for reduce, reuse and recycle the energy for sustainable consumption.
∎ • To make plan to increase the sustainability index of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ 2. Capable to work under pressure
