Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up & ensuring the style changeover.
∎ Method development & improving through risk analysis & feasibility.
∎ Responsible for quality & technical related in production line.
∎ Ensuring the buyer requirement for quality of product.
∎ Responsible of review sample, measurement chart.
∎ Responsible for attending key meeting such as pre-development, feasibility, products screening, pre-production & pilot run.
∎ Responsible for check every style’s pattern before bulk cutting.
∎ Make the size set & correct the pattern with responsible pattern technician & confirm the bulk cutting to avoid line idle.
∎ Responsible to maintain the feeding procedures like lean concepts & visual display & make sure the mockups are signed & maintain the same in production.
∎ Responsible for fitting technology & garments technology specially on technical product.
∎ Responsible of quality & measurement check of samples to any customers.
∎ Responsible to give the best idea to maintenance department of attachments setting (folder, pressure foot, guide) for smooth productivity.
∎ Maintain the organizational rules, regulations & housekeeping.
