∎ Master of Arts (MA)
∎ Relevant field will given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure compliance standards and all relevant local laws and regulations
∎ Responsible for follow-up audits and assessments with internal & external stakeholders
∎ Arrange & conduct regular training on Sustainability standards and best practices
∎ Conduct internal audits as per standard
∎ Handle buyers and audits independently
∎ Maintain a track record of all certificates, permits and approvals needed to operate as a business and ensure these are renewed on time
∎ Facilitate & oversee various customer projects
∎ Track social and environmental sustainability goals and KPIs, evaluate performance and support continuous improvement
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for various internal and external audiences
Additional Requirements:
∎ Handle buyers and audits independently
∎ Communication with foreigners smoothly
∎ Have both experience in Social & Environmental audit
∎ Experience in FSLM, FEM, BSCI & SEDEX
∎ Sound knowledge SA 8000, ISO 14001:2015 lead auditor in EMS
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply
