Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering on IPE or Mechanical from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall production of a factory with the largest manufacturing capacities in Bangladesh for FIBC production in a state-of-the art set up, exporting a wide range of world-class FIBCs to Europe and other countries.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production in the factory as per buyers' specifications and meeting shipment schedule.
∎ Take ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all the inputs & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the FIBCs.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirement.
∎ Prepare floor production plan and allocation of machine efficiently to achieve the target every month.
∎ Keep constant Liaison with Buyers, Finishing department and Export department to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Always feed customer with proper information on time.
∎ Closely work with IE department to ensure company's goal to achieve LEAN system.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4~6 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry. Food industry will get preference.
∎ Computer knowledge is a must, advance office software expertise would be an added advantage.
∎ Should have knowledge of ISO management system.
∎ Proficiency in both speaking and writing English is a must.
