∎ Must be willing to work and hard and for long hours.
∎ Following company rules and regulations properly.
∎ Regularly market visit, potential client hunting & meeting.
∎ Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Should develop a marketing strategy to gain a firm position in the existing market.
∎ Should keep updates on competitor's products & capabilities leadership & convincing skills.
∎ To set & maintain a communication plan with all respective companies & communications should be result oriented.
