Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university with proven work experience in maintenance role
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the maintenance works and ensure proper functioning of all installation and equipment of the factory
∎ Ensure uninterrupted power supply for smooth operation
∎ Ensure the Fire Fighting system of the factory are properly functioning
∎ Maintain Semi/Full servo type PLC based Hygiene products Manufacturing Machine
∎ Maintain Troubleshoot PLC, Servo drive and servo motor related problems
∎ Keep a historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities
∎ Prepare monthly maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
∎ Assist in purchase plan of spare parts, lubricating agent, utility materials etc. and maintain records
∎ Prepare annual maintenance plan, budget and ensure both foreign and local spare parts are available
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of Substation, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor and Fire protection & Detection System
∎ Take initiative to achieve target for KPI improvement
∎ Any task assigned by authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Work experience in reputed hygiene/FMCG/paper manufacturing industry
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed if a candidate has relevant work experience in any hygiene and paper manufacturing industry
∎ Must have strong team building, decision making, people management skills
∎ Should have knowledge on MS application, Auto CAD 2D & 3D, CAPA, SAP, ERP implementation, 5S and KAIZEN
∎ Knowledge on HVAC, VRF will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
