Responsibilities & Context:

1.Assist in planning and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2.Oversee recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

3.Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management using HRMS.

4.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

5.Support performance appraisal processes and assist in training & development programs.

6.Handle employee relations matters and grievance resolution.

7.Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

8.Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism).

9.Coordinate welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives.

10.Provide guidance to junior HR staff and coordinate with departmental heads.
