Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Human Resource Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Consulting Firms, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Public Relation Companies, Software Company, Telecommunication, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a talented, experienced, sincere & responsible HR Expert for managing human resource management, including office administrations to establish a highly productive office environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
∎ Job analysis & HR accounting as per the requirements of the organization.
∎ Maintain the whole life cycle of the talent acquisition (Drafting the job descriptions, posting the job online, short-listing of the applicants, preparing the interview process & interview board, calling for an interview, assisting the board in selecting the right employee).
∎ Maintaining the appointment process (job offer letter to the selected applicant/s, collecting proper documents from the applicant, signing the NDA, CoC & required papers, giving the appointment letter.
∎ Trained up the new employees about the organization, value, culture, compliance & the job role & responsibilities.
∎ Filling the HR documents & maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
∎ Monitoring & evaluating the employee/team performance on a regular basis through modern HR concepts.
∎ Preparing the payslip & payroll as per the instruction by the Company.
∎ Updating the job descriptions & HR documents on monthly basis.
∎ Maintaining the performance appraisal monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly basis to the appropriate evaluation for yearly increment & promotions.
∎ Preparing the warning memo, showcase letter, legal notice to the underperformer or non-compliant employees.
∎ Maintaining the firing process (warning memo, showcase letter, termination letter, signup the exit NDA & relevant documents; giving the NOC, experience certificate, etc.).
∎ Taking the exit interview from the resigned employee/s & taking notes to improve the better work environment.
∎ Reporting to the reporting senior & the Company in a timely fashion.
∎ ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Maintaining a clean, hygienic & well-organized office environment by the office assistant team on daily basis.
∎ Maintaining the employee attendance aligning with their job responsibilities & timing.
∎ Ensuring the office a disciplined & high productive environment in a prudent manner.
∎ Preparing official/corporate documents as required & instructed by the company.
∎ Welcoming & handling the corporate & general visitors with good manners.
∎ Assisting the management as required & accomplishing any task/assignment given by the Company within the deadline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Leadership & managerial skills
∎ Very good in English as well as Bangla
∎ Letter, email, report, proposal, official documents drafting skills
∎ Computer, typing, corporate email communication skills
∎ Various Software & MIS maintain skills.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
