Experience:
Should be able to manage around 700 employees.
Overall, in charge of HR & Compliance of factory.
Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
Payroll management Oversee the process of salary disbursement, Maternity leave benefits payments, Earn Leave, full & final settlement bill preparation, yearly increment.
Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check and etc.
Work closely with the higher management on organizational HR & Compliance issues.
Formulate and implement factory HR & Compliance related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
Experience in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord - Alliance requirement, QMS, BSCI, SADDEX audit.
Build capacity & factory team members to facility audit.
Ensuring environmental sustainability by implementing various environmental projects & industries.
Facility all certificate assessment (GOTS/OCS/GRS/RCS/Oeko-Tex), Social audits (Better work, SLCP, BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, Buyer COC & WCA).Environmental assessment (Higg FEM Self-assessment, Energy audit, EMS audit), Technical audits (GMP, FCCA, PV and WSE) Security audits (SCAN,GSV, C-TPAT and SCS) & CAP preparation of different buyers & audits.
To making effective policy, procedure & communicate it with all level of personnel.
Making IR relation to develop both company and employee & generating & submitting reports.
Facilitate implementation of environmental & chemical management system.
Discuss overall compliance status report with top management.
Design & monitoring different sustainability program like WE Goal, PACE, SST, GBV, WCP, WE, WEP.
Prepare sustainability data management tools and presentation.
Any other tasks assigned by top management.
