Responsibilities & Context:
  • Should be able to manage around 700 employees.

  • Oversee the overall administrative functions of the factory to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure effective management of security, safety, and compliance-related issues within the factory premises.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operational workflows and resource allocation.

  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and proper facility upkeep.

  • Monitor and maintain safety, fire protection, and security systems.

  • Monitor and manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Lead the team in achieving factory-level objectives related to compliance, audits, and certifications’

  • Maintain timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and certifications for corporate and factory operations.

  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, and environmental safety measures.

  • Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and Factory Administration policies especially related to Garments Sector.

  • Monitor that Admin & Security team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.

  • Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staffs.

  • Formulate and implement Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.

  • Participate in executive, management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.

  • Any other tasks assigned by top management.
