Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are looking for Quick Learner & Enthusiastic Executive (Trainee) for our Tele Sales department .
Selected candidates will get 1 month of training to build strong communication and sales skills.
Based on performance, trainees will be offered a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Job Responsibilities: (1 Month Training)
- Learn about Leadswin’s products and services (Eduman, EduCARE, etc.).
- Develop communication, persuasion, and tele-sales skills.
- Observe and practice outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer handling.
- Learn CRM usage and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in mock calls, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with the team and follow guidance from Team Leader.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Job Other Benifits:
Training Period (1 Month): BDT 3,000 allowance + fully subsidized lunch + mobile bill .
After Confirmation (Full-Time):
Attractive fixed salary + KPI-based variable pay depending on sales target achievement.
