We are hiring an experienced and proactive Manager / Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to lead human resources, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will report directly to the General Manager (GM) and CEO, playing a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while cultivating a productive, compliant, and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Compliance
Lead HR policy development, compliance, and organizational planning.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company internal regulations.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and statutory filings.
Manage crisis protocols, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling processes.
Oversee data protection, confidentiality, and employee information security policies.
Talent Management & Performance
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement talent development, training, and succession planning initiatives.
Oversee performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and incentive/benefit structures.
Provide guidance to management on employee engagement and retention strategies.
HR Operations & Digital Transformation
Implement and manage HRMS tools and digital HR operations.
Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting.
Generate HR analytics and management reports for decision-making.
Administration & Office Management
Supervise administrative operations, office management, and facilities.
Manage procurement, vendor contracts, and service provider relationships.
Ensure cost-effective administration and smooth day-to-day operations.
Culture & Internal Branding
Support internal branding, employer branding, and culture-building initiatives.
Promote company values, engagement programs, and employee well-being activities.
