∎ Support, coordinate and administer HR & Administrative functions of the Company.
∎ Candidate must be proficient in Bangla and English typing.
∎ This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting HR and Administrative functions of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure HR activities as such recruitment, HR operations, Attendance, Absenteeism, documentation, maintaining HR records & filling, disciplinary procedures, etc.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating a master database in Personal files. Prepare monthly salary statement (Compensation & Benefits).
∎ Attendance, Leave, staff advance & Holiday Management.
∎ Assist the Head of Admin in developing job descriptions & update organization structure as and when required
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Monitor overall HR operations in head offices and branch offices
∎ Execution of company's administrative and operational tasks as and when required.
∎ Day to day supervision of employee disciplinary matters in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy
∎ Effectively manage the welfare and administration process whilst ensuring statutory compliance.
∎ Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standard throughout the Company.
∎ Ensure Final Settlement of Exit Employees.
