Job Responsibilities:
∎ You optimize the development cost of your products.
∎ Depth knowledge of sports shoes costing.
∎ You follow up materials PO & PI with manufacturing Partner.
∎ Independently execute Footwear product development and merchandising cycle, understand latest fashion trends, source new materials.
∎ Execute and follow up on each step of process for Sports Shoes manufacturing preparation.
∎ Work closely with partner/ suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, monitor quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
∎ Handle multiple factories and provide solutions and options to ease production.
∎ Obtain approval for cost effective and feasible methods and options.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences, incorporating relevant insights into merchandising strategies.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
∎ You manage the continuous improvement on your activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to develop technical products, optimize cost and simplify on process.
∎ Good communication in English.
∎ You are able to take the lead and solve problems by methodology.
∎ Organizing and executing your work efficiently.
∎ Footwear industrial and process knowhow.
Salary: Negotiable
