Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and following up daily dyeing -finishing activities.
∎ Responsible for Knit Fabric Textile Finishing Production, Development, Control & Combination with Knit Dyeing and Fabric Delivery Plan
∎ To coordinate with Knitting and Garments Production (Finished Fabric Store & Cutting Dept.) about fabric booking, fabric delivery requirement, fabric priority schedule and production plan.
∎ Ensure Knit Fabric is finished with right quality of fabric, conformity with the approved PP Sample Fabric FTD Standard.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management as well as correspondence of Finishing Executives and Production Officers.
∎ Execute target production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer requirements.
∎ Finish the Body and Rib Fabric as per Approved Batch and H&M FTD Fabric Hanger.
∎ Work with Dyeing to check the shade of body fabrics and rib fabric and finish the fabric as per trial roll having proper shade, DTM, brush quality, GSM and hand feel.
∎ Know about Stenter Finishing, Compacting, Open & Tubular Finishing.
∎ Have good experience with Brushing, Shearing and Peach Finish Machine operating.
∎ Give the plan and fabric delivery schedule as per Stentering Capacity, Compacting Capacity, taking initiatives to give one shot fabric batch delivery.
∎ Have good understanding of inventory management and delivery statement record keeping.
∎ Have experience with batch wise tracking, maintaining shade continuity bands, arranging delivery as per requirement.
∎ Have good experience in running the Knit Dyeing Project, Textile Finishing Section.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in working in Finishing in any reputed Knit Composite
∎ factory as the In charge.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the related field.
∎ Working experience in working with Primark, C&A,H&M Buyer will be considered as added
∎ advantage.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English, must be a team player with
∎ a pleasant personality.
