• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Need to keep up-to-date on the latest government environmental regulations, as well as any new policies instituted by their employers, to ensure that rules continue to be followed

• Oversee environmental compliance for companies.      

• Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to allow continual improvement, reduced risk, safe plant and equipment, safe systems of work and minimal impacts on the environment. 

• Ensure supervised employees know and understand the operational hazards, at risk/critical issues and behaviors and take them into account in the planning and execution of activities.

• Communicate expectations and motivate, reinforce and support the right safety behavior. 

• Confront plant, equipment, systems, procedures and behavior issues and constructively resolve to prevent injury/ incidents and impacts to the environment.      

• Ensure the timely investigation and analysis of Health Safety and Environmental events/incidents and that corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
