Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Ceramic Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
∎ Oversee a workforce of 400+ employees in the Casting and Molding area.
∎ Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product area.
∎ Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
∎ Set ambitious production goals.
∎ Communicate any problems or obstacles to different sections and Production Manager.
∎ Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
∎ Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
∎ Plan, schedule and prepare production order details.
∎ Correlate planning and scheduling of production, compile and prepare material requirement orders for inventory; issue requisitions for new and special materials.
∎ Revise and reschedule orders when necessary; establish manufacturing lead times; prepare reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive & smart.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
