∎ B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Diploma in Printing Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under the guidance of experienced Account Manager.
∎ Implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements.
∎ Cooperation with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs.
∎ Continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and support the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.
∎ Support of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Accurate reporting on above mentioned activities.
∎ May deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Above 5 years into Ink or Paint industry.
