Job Context:
∎ A Renowned export-oriented Wash factory looking for Asst. Manager HR &Admin who will recruit support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures and will be responsible for administrative tasks, establishing and re-organize the company`s new protocols for proper corporate functioning. Support and implement restructuring activities. Function as backup PRO when required. Work closely with the group integrity office and external audit and consulting teams.
∎ Job Location: Hotapara, Gazipur, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous bodies & other external agencies for smooth business operation.
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, salary, and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
∎ Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.
∎ Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts.
∎ Coordinating with the PRO and immigration department regarding employment visas and other related work.
∎ Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records.
∎ Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods.
∎ Assist in performance management processes.
∎ Manpower Budgeting & Planning
∎ Resolves escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with the Bangladesh Labour Law and Regulations.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities, and security of all the company properties.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Office Management
∎ Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Employee Management, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Textiles
∎ Ability to speak and Write English fluently.
∎ Positive attitude, patience, KPI-focused and goal-oriented.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
∎ Ability to problem-solve issues.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically), and database uses.
∎ Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
∎ He must have sufficient knowledge regarding factory compliance issues and be able to face audits.
