IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry is looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for the following positions:
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for Dry process operation from Sample Development up to Bulk production. Improve & implement new techniques of washing.
- Research & develop a fashionable style for buyers’ presentation.
- All Technical Issues of Washing Production should be properly handled.
- Handling planning commitment execution and supervision
- Trouble shooting all wet and dry and other special finishes
- Responsible Making best process flow layout for entire dry process systematic way for increase to production.
- Train up and motivate workers to spend the profitability.
- Lay out work equipment and workflow for increasing capacity and productivity.
- To ensure R&D and production are aligned.
- To ensure R&D & Development to be in accordance to a feasible Production.
- Improve quality & production line for contribute to achieve organizational goal & buyer satisfaction.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary & Allowance: Basic Salary USD$ 2000.00, House Rent USD$ 400.00, Conveyance allowance USD$100.00 per month.
