IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry is looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for the following position.

Responsibilities:

• The conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

• Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.

• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create product concepts and prototypes.

• Preparing cost analysis when developing a new product.

• Presenting new ideas/opportunities to executives.

• Ensuring every step of the product development process proceeds as planned.

• Assessing and reviewing foreign buyer satisfaction and service recovery process.

• PLM and ERP system for sample development, fabric selection, costing, style development, planning, order sheet and comments all through system.

• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.

• Basic Salary USD$ 2500.00, House Rent USD$ 350.00, Conveyance allowance USD$50.00 and Medical Allowance USD$100.00 per Month.
