IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry is looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for the following positions:
Job Responsibility:
Research and analyze fashion trends to forecast upcoming styles and colors.
Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.
Developing and oversee the production process, providing guidance and feedback to the design team.
Ensure all designs align with the brand`s identity and consumer expectations.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
Developing a budget and analyzing that budget regularly to ensure it remains tenable.
Multiple Fashion Design Projects from conceptualization to finished product.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary & Allowance: Basic Salary USD$ 2000.00, House Rent USD$ 400.00, Conveyance allowance USD$50.00 and Medical Allowance USD$50.00 as per Month.
