IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in apparel division for the Senior Manager-Design & Product Development position.

Job Responsibility:

• Strategy & Vision: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate design and development teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Market & User Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities.
• Design & Development Oversight: Manage the design process (ideation, prototyping, technical development) from concept to production, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align efforts and ensure successful launches.
• Project & Budget Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and manage internal/external stakeholders.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Select, contract, and manage external suppliers and vendors.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs, analyze product performance, and implement improvements. 
• Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
