IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the following positions:

• Establish and improve the quality management system, lead and coordinate the work of the QC department, ensure the effective implementation of the QC system, and enhance the efficiency of QC operations.

• Overseeing the entire quality management cycle from in-process inspection to final product inspection.

• Issue operational commands to lower-level duty personnel.

• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes. Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.

• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments. Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that garments meet the required standards.

• Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and quality control staff. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies related to garment production and quality control.

• Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
