Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely analysis of SMT test material abnormality to ensure production Continuity
∎ Continuously follow up the raw material defect rate in the testing, ensure the product quality
∎ Responsible for the SMT new test project introduction, improve the SMT test coverage.
∎ Responsible for SMT FAE technicians and product following technicians skill improvement, improve abnormality analysis efficiency and reduce analysis cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with analog circuit, digital circuit theory, familiar with 2G/3G/4G communication theory and mobile phone testing process, master the basic methods of failure analysis and the use of commonly used analysis instruments.
∎ Work experience: working experience in electronic failure analysis is preferred.
∎ Other requirement: Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, identify with company culture, good logic analysis ability and communication skills, has a strong ability to withstand pressure
∎ Recognize corporate culture, lead by example, have a high sense of responsibility and ownership, and abide by company rules and regulations
∎ MS Office (Excel) must be strong
