Context:
The Assistant Engineer – Electrical Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all factory electrical systems and machinery. This role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support uninterrupted production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and machines.

• Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and automation systems.

• Analyze equipment malfunctions and take corrective measures to minimize downtime.

• Maintain and update all electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and factory regulations.

• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to ensure smooth and continuous production flow.

• Monitor energy usage, maintain energy efficiency, and propose improvement initiatives.

• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and generate required reports.

• Manage spare parts inventory for electrical components and ensure availability when needed.

• Submit time-to-time reports and updates to the Manager – Maintenance.
