• Experienced in store management, safety management system, good warehouse practice

• Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill

• Must have using capabilities of MS Office

• Able to work under stress situation

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods while ensuring accurate record-keeping

• Ensure GSDP/GMP and ISO guideline while handle, receipt and storage of products as well as maintain FIFO/FEFO, products stake norms, temperature, Hygiene and sanitation norms in the warehouse

• To have working knowledge on ERP software

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stocktaking, and reconciliation

• Ensure that all RM/FG’s are properly labeled, stored, and handled in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure correct quantities and proper handling of goods

• Keep updated records of stock movements, incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate inventory logs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to housekeeping and safety protocols

• Oversee the proper disposal of defective or expired goods, in compliance with company policies

• Follow all safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards and ensure the safe handling and storage of goods

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
