Responsibilities & Context:

The role involves supporting enterprise risk management by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key risk exposures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and strengthening the Bank’s risk governance framework. The position requires coordination with internal stakeholders and risk governance committees to ensure effective risk oversight and timely reporting.

• Monitor risk issues and ensure timely identification, updating, and escalation of key risk issues to ERAF and ERMC.
• Coordinate risk governance forums by preparing agendas, presentations, minutes, and compliance tracking for ERMC and related committees.
• Prepare and submit risk reports including MRMR, CRMR, RBS, and analytical reports for senior management and regulators.
• Conduct emerging risk analysis including liquidity risk, market risk assessments, stress testing, and vulnerability identification.
• Oversee recovery planning by coordinating with the Recovery Plan Sub-Committee and monitoring recovery triggers, indicators, and early warning signals.
• Maintain risk databases including Basel III, liquidity, and stress testing data for risk measurement and strategic decision support.
• Draft and review risk policies and prepare policy documents for board review in alignment with regulatory standards and industry practices.
• Support audit and compliance activities by providing required documentation, information, and compliance reports to auditors.
• Collaborate with divisions and branches for data collection, validation, and analysis required for risk reporting and surveys.
• Monitor liquidity and market risks including regulatory ratio tracking, foreign exchange risk, and market exposures.
